Health and Safety performance is paramount importance within the company. Source Civil is totally committed to continuous improvement of safety standards and performance.
Source Civil has achieved Safe-T Cert accreditation, and through this we have developed our own Health and Safety Management System and Procedures which promote the development of safe practices across all company operations. Through regular and ongoing review and auditing procedures, the company strives for continuous improvement in all operations.
The training requirements of all staff and operatives are regularly reviewed and maintained. A tailored training programme is implemented by the company to meet all training requirements. All site management staff complete the IOSH approved Managing Safety in Construction course organised by the CIF.
Source Civil is committed to safeguarding the existing environment within and around any of its work areas. We recognise that our activities will always have an impact on the environment but we endeavour to minimise these impacts wherever possible. Through a review of the practices in our head office and on construction sites we have developed documented procedures and checklists to manage our environmental objectives.
Source Civil are currently working towards accreditation to ISO:14001:2008 by the National Standards Authority of Ireland for their New Environmental Management System.
